"Hi I'm Acharya Vikramaditya on behalf of Expert village. I'm going to tell you something very interesting about Yoga Mudras. Yog and Mudras are basically inter related. Mudra is a part of Yoga. Yoga is nowadays what people say. People have misconception that yoga is just Aasans and Pranayams. No, Yoga is basically a style of living. In that Yogasans are a part of Hut Yoga. Problem is that people concise Yoga as the Yogasans. No, Yoga is a very broad category in that we have various different, different sections like Bhakti Yoga, Gyan Yog, Karma Yog and all that. In that similar stages we have Hut Yog also. In that Hut Yoga, we have different eight steps. In that Yam, Niyam , Aasan, Pranayam, Pratyahar, Dharna, Dhyan, Samadhi. These are different eight steps. In that third step is Yogasans and fourth one is Pranayam. Similar to that Yogasans we have very interesting section in the Yoga is Yog Mudra. Yog Mudra, Mudra means gestures. The gestures which are being formed through the hand. Hand postures are also known as gestures. Nowadays these are also known as Hand Yoga. These are very instant, it gives instant relief. Suppose a person suffers serious heart attack, do the Mudras have anything or Yog has anything. Certainly yes, we have. We have this Mudra, do it for three seconds you can see the miracle yourself."
