"Okay this is Chef Dominic with Expert Village and basically the teaspoon, remember we said we needed a couple of these because the chef always has to sample the food and make sure that it is good. So I am going to go ahead and sample this. Of course, always make sure you use a new spoon for germ reasons. Actually turned out good. The two cups of Romano actually turned out really good on this. Doesn’t surprise me. I’m so good at this. So now we got the sauce being boiled. We are going to shut the flame off on the sauce. We continue to mix it. It is getting real thick on the bottom there. Now comes the fun part guys. We are going to add the pasta into the sauce just like that. We are going to take our tongs or if you don’t have tongs, you can use the pasta grabber what I called the backscratcher. We can go ahead and mix the pasta into the sauce and get it covered. This is almost ready to be served and what it is doing now by me doing this, soaking all of the noodles with the alfredo sauce so that everything is covered in sauce because every bite should be perfect. I think. It is very very hot right now. We are going to let this sit and soak up the sauce for about 2 minutes and then we will go ahead and we will actually dish it out on the plates. "
