"Hey it’s Chef Dominic with Expert Village and basically in this segment we are going to show you how to boil the pasta of water and we are actually going to add a couple of ingredients to the water before it boils. Before we do that, get yourself a timer. Get some type of timer because it is going to take about maybe 12 to 15 minutes to boil the water and once the water boils, it is going to take about 10 to 12 minutes to cook the pasta. So what we are going to do is once the water boils we are going to add our pasta, start cooking that and then we are going to start cooking the sauce because it takes about 10 to 12 minutes to make the alfredo sauce. They are both going to be done around the same time so we are going to add just a little bit of salt and probably about 3 pinches of salt into the water. What this does it gives the pasta good texture. We are also going to add about an ounce of oil into the water and that is how we get the pasta not to stick. It is a little trick. It is actually pretty simple but we don’t want to tell everybody because then everybody would have the perfect alfredo sauce. So we are going to wait for this water to boil. As soon as the water boils, we are going to go to the next segment and I am going to actually show you the process of starting the sauce and the pasta cooking at the same time. "
