"Hey there, this is Dominic with Expert Village and we are going to talk in this segment about the proper utensils and pans to cook the alfredo sauce in. To start off we need a 12 inch pan that is at least 2 ½ to 3 inches deep. We are cooking for 4 people so we want to be able to make sure that we have a lot of room, because during the cooking, we are going to put the pasta into the sauce; and if the pan is not big enough, it will overflow and it won’t be enough room. So we want to make sure that we have more room to cook with. We also need a few different traditional teaspoons to try the sauces with because chef’s have to try the food to make sure it is good. Pasta grabber called a backscratcher; this will grab your pasta very easy. We need a traditional fork, just a basic fork and a whisk which will help us mixing the sauce and also a chef’s knife preferably. If you have a paring knife, that’s fine. We just have to cut butter. In the next segment we will talk about the ingredients. "
