"Hi! This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are going to be doing Chicken Cacciatore. Okay at this point our Cacciatore has been covered for about 10 to 15 minutes. I take the lid off there and here's a little point you want to add to it. That sliced garlic that we had earlier is going to bring real brightness of garlic to it. So take your sliced garlic and lay it right in there. We are going to submerge that in just a moment. Then we want to just about a tablespoon or so, maybe a little bit less of brown sugar. This is going to take some of the acidity away and a little bit of the bitterness away from the tomatoes. You don't need a lot of it but you are going to see how it really flavors up nicely. It is kind of an unusual thing to be adding you would think but in this case, it is just the right touch. So go ahead and submerge that in there. See beautiful chicken. "
