"Hi, this is Dave for Expert Village and today we're going to be doing Chicken Cacciatore. OK, the freshest way of doing the mushrooms for this recipe for chicken cacciatore you can, the classic is just slice them and also chop them. We're going to do today, you're definitely going to need to do that so we need to chop all of them and slice all of them it doesn't matter, but this is the classic way. These are just your regular white mushrooms you want to really wash them off well and I'm going to slice the first part of these. So as you can see just running the knife through, easy as can be. And I'm going to do a few of these now. What we want is one or two cups of them, depends, I like a lot of mushrooms in mine. So now we're going to chop some mushrooms, like that, slice them down one way, scoot them over, keep those aside from your sliced one. They'll go in at different times in the recipe. See how easily those all just fall apart. Those go in the pile."
