How to Skewer Chicken for Satay Thai Recipe

"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So what I'm going to do is start taking the smaller pieces out cause they are done. You can see it really does not take long for us to cook these. Just put them on a surface so they can cool a little bit so you can handle them and put them right on the skewer. It is easiest to put them on the skewers when they are a little bit hot cause they have a little bit more give to them. But if you mess it that it is okay you would still be able to get them on to the skewers. So let us let those cook for a few more minutes and then put these guys onto the skewers so you can see them. Let me put my glove on again. So then I take the skewer and take a larger piec; I just put them on the end. Put it through and then take a smaller piece and that is it. So we have one skewer ready. Right there. Then I would just continue with these guys here. By the time that I get through on this, the ones on the pan would be ready. So here is number 2. Let us take these out, so these guys are a little bigger. Let's turn off the heat. So I'm actually going to take these out cause they are really hot and give them a little skewering."
