"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So now let us saute the chicken that we have marinated. I took out the refrigerator and you can see that it started to get a little more yellow the turmeric is starting to take over. That is why I have the glove over my hand that is just a little tip. Use a glove when you are picking up the raw chicken and you use another one when you are skewering it. You don't want to use the same glove on raw food and cooked chicken but it would help to save your fingers from becoming yellow. So what I did I just added a little bit of olive oil in to my pan. That was a little hot I'm just going to swirl it around here, you just want to get it where the chicken does not stick. I'm just going to go in and grab about I'm just going to do about 5 skewers right just to show you. So that is about 10 pieces of chicken so you can hear it going."
