How to Put a Thai Papaya Salad Together

"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. I'm just finishing up cutting the papaya just a couple of pieces so we can put it into the salad with the rest of our veggies. So you can put more if you like and I'm just going to put it over here so we can put it all together in the salad bowl. I will show you how I'm going to do that. Usually it is sort of what we call a compose salad so I'm going to take some salad that I bought and put that down in the bottom. A compose salad we are just going to make it and put the dressing on the top and as people are eating it they can mix it as they like. Then we are going to put in some of the green beans in there. We are going to put in some of the tomatoes and the cucumbers. So you just want it to be colorful and put some of our papaya on the top. You can see the pretty colors. So then we would put our dressing right on top."
