"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be show you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So here we are I'm just going to do about half of this cucumber cause we are only making one salad. But you can see these are really cute I'm going to put them in the salad and they look really nice so I'm going to put them over here with the green beans. Last thing is our tomato. So what I'm going to do cut this up this is a really good tomato we are not going to use the whole thing. But I usually do this on one side and I'm just going to do wedges on this. I'm not going to deseed it, I'm going to do like a regular salad. So we would just do this and this and some cuts like that across. So that would be nice. We would put it over here waiting to be put in the salad and then we are going to take the green beans that I have cooled off. I'm just going to cut them into smaller pieces. So we would just cut them through like that so those guys are ready. So now you are wondering why is it called a papaya salad. So here we go with the papaya I'm going to need some room here. I'm going to clean up here for a minute."
