"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So here we are with the lime I'm actually not going to use a rimer this time. I'm going to put in we need about 2 tablespoons so I'm just going to do this over my measurement. This is definitely home cooking for you. So it says up to 2 tablespoons and again with lime juice I usually do a little bit less so there is 1 and usually you can get about 1 1/2 of tablespoon out of one lime. But it depends on the size. So let's start with that, that should be good enough so that was about 1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice. The last thing is 1 tablespoon of sugar. So here is our sugar and another tablespoon. So that is the dressing so what I'm going to do is just mix it up. So it is quiet simple it does not have a lot of elements in it but it is very very tasty. Cause there is a lot of strong elements in here cause of the garlic and the peppers and the fish sauce. Lime juice is strong as well."
