"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So there is our peppers so this is 3 peppers together. So let's move on to the garlic, so we are just going to smash these it is like 2 these are quiet large actually. So we are just going to smash them and get the paper off it. We don't have to chop them up cause we are going to put them in the food processor. I'm just going to do a rough chop when I'm done taking off the paper. Sometimes it is easier then others. Just take the ends off. I will just do a little rough chop here and I'm going to grab the food processor and bring it over here. I'm just going to cut these chilies in half and we would just put these in here."
