"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So let us work on the first 2 elements. The chillies and the garlic so I have already deseed and cut 2 of the chilies but I'm going to show you how I did it. If you take the seeds out they are not as hot, the seeds and the ribs are actually the heart of the peppers that hold a lot of the heat. So you just take the ends off like that and I usually just cut it down in the middle. In case I'm going to cut it again just to make it easier to seed it. I try not to touch the seeds as much cause sometimes you can get a light of the heat on your fingers and then if you touch your face you could actually burn your face a little bit. So it is not very fun. So here is just taking the seeds off and we would just get those off to the side. So I find that if you quarter it like this and just run your knife along carefully. Be careful. Sort of like your would deseed a tomato you can get the seeds and the ribs out. So when we are done with that we are going to put that into the food processor along with the garlic and we are just going to run them in the food processor for a couple of seconds and break them down."
