"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So we are going to take the juice from 1 lime. So let us get the juice out of it. Roll it, get the juice away from the sides. Then I have a rimer here that I always use and a strainer. So this is great cause it actually helps you get all the juice out of it. So we are going to put it right into the bowl. It makes it easier and then no seeds get in. It is a little bit easier if you can place the strainer down but this bowl is to big for this stainer. So here is 1 half and now I'm going to use the other half the same way. Thai cooking uses a lot of lime juice, as well. It is a flavor that you would see throughout the cuisine. So that is juice of 1 lime, so that is done. Okay. The last tip. That is the garlic. Like I said, if we are not cooking it, it is going to be very strong cause the garlic is very strong. So what we are going to do is press it. If you have a garlic press, you can use that. I just do it by hand cause I find it easier instead of dirtying another utensil. "
