"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. Chow you is a ferment's soy beans and I use this instead of soy sauce. Soy sauce is very process this is actually a very healthy version of soy sauce so I started using this over the last couple of years. It is quiet salty just like the soy sauce but it gives it a nice flavor as well. This is just a nice combination of flavors in this peanut sauce are nice. So we have a pinch of cayenne also, always make sure you put a real pinch cause cayenne is very strong. So that was a pinch. Then we have some toasty sesame oil that I'm going to add a tablespoon of. Toasty sesame oil is strong then regular sesame oil so be sure to get the toasted cause you can just get sesame oil. But the toasted has a much stronger taste. Then we are going to put in some water just a 1/4 cup of water. It does not make so appetizing right now but when we mix it, it would look pretty good. "
