"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So here is the sugar in with the peanut butter. Then we have what we call hoisin sauce. I don't know if you are familiar with this this is a Asian it is really made from sesame seeds. So it has a little bit of a strong taste I have to say so I would so we can use up to 2 tablespoon of hoisin. I usually put in a little bit less and then I taste it because it is kind of a strong taste. But it is a nice off set to the sweetness of the sugar and the saltiness of the peanut butter. So I bought this in Chinatown and it makes, it gives the peanut sauce a nice depth. Something that you don't get if you don't have this ingredient in it. So I really like this so as I eek it out here. Okay so that is the hoisin it is a little messy. Okay the next thing we have is chow you which is basically a healthy soy sauce. "
