"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So now let's work on the peanut sauce this is a great peanut sauce recipe that I think you guys would find to be tasty and easy to make. There is no cooking involve which I like. A lot of the peanut sauces you actually have to cook them down and this one actually is there is no cooking involve which really make it much easier. So we are going to take in this case we are making a half of cup peanut butter. Now here you can see that I'm using chunky peanut butter cause I like chunky peanut butter but you can use creamy as well. This particular peanut butter it does not have any sugar added it is just peanuts and salt. You have to be a little bit careful with the ones with sugar cause we are adding sugar to this as well so you don't want to have it to sweet. So if you have a peanut butter that has sugar in it just be aware of that and maybe add a little bit less sugar to the recipe. So there is the peanut butter we are going to add in some sugar, here we go with the sugar again so 1 tablespoon of sugar. "
