"On behalf of Expert Village, this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So now we are going to put in our garlic, ginger, and shallots into the dry mix of the marinade. So you can see how much time is saved by having to actually chop up all of this garlic and ginger and shallots. It is much easier to put it into the food processor. So here you go that is in there and the next thing that you are going to put in the sweetener. Which in this case we are using we are going to use sugar. So we are going to take 2 tablespoon of sugar. So actually I like to use organic sugar. You can use any sweetener that you like, some people like to use agave nectar which is a natural sweetener. So I'm just going to put that right in so it is 2 tablespoon of the sugar. So with that I would probably use 1 1/2 tablespoon of agave just because it is a little bit stronger then the sugar so I would not use 2 tablespoons. Unless you want it to be sweeter, which you can definitely use that. The last piece is the olive oil so again this is 2 tablespoons of olive oil. So I use extra virgin olive oil."
