"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So let us review the ingredients that we are going to use for the chicken marinade. So I have them all out here we have some spices and then I have a shallot, we are going to use about it suppose to be about 3 shallots. So this is a very big one so I'm just going to use 1 this is for about a pound of chicken. I have 2 garlic cloves and about a inch piece of ginger that we would actually grate up that would be in the marinade. Then I have a combination of spices here that I already measure out but you would see the orange one is turmeric, then we have cumin and coriander ground. Ground up. Then the white is actually salt so those are the dry ingredients that would go into the marinade. Then we also like I was talking about before we are going to be putting some sugar in so that would get into the chicken as well. Also we are going to be adding in some extra virgin olive oil which I would get our of the closet right now. So the oil would help to marinade the chicken. So those are the ingredients for that then I actually back here I have the chicken which I will show you how I actually like to cut it up. This is like I said it is probably about 3/4 of a pound of chicken. So we would put it into cubes and that would be our chicken saute. "
