"On behalf of Expert Village this is Dina Cutrone from Tall Order in New York City. Today we are going to be showing you how to make a quick and easy Thai dinner. So today we are going to be making a ginger saute chicken saute which is something traditionally Thai. A lot of if you go into the streets of Thailand you would see them with a skewers and they are actually barbecuing chicken on the skewers. I'm going to do a different play on that today but it would also have the same taste. I would show you how to do a marinade for that which would give it a nice ginger taste and ginger is a spice that is used in Thai food all the time. We are also going to use a lot of other spices, a lot of sweeteners that are used in Thai cooking. There is a lot of sugar use in Thai cooking, they have a lot of sweetness and spiciness together in there cooking. So it is actually a nice combination we would use chilies, we would use sugar, it would be spicy but sweet at the same time. So it does not really make your head explode that it is so hot cause you have some sweetness to off set it. So I would show you in a papaya salad that has the same elements. "
