"Hi! This is Dave for expertvillage.com. We’ve just completed our wonderful jambalaya. We’ve got to transfer it over to a nice platter, serving platter to show everyone, make sure that you take out the bay leaves when it is all done, and when anybody is eating one of those, then what I would like to do, get a nice spoon and a bowl, and I like my big portion, and do whatever you would like to do with it, like something about like that. Then I would like garnish it with a green onion. This is the traditional way of doing it; you could also add it to the pot afterwards, if you have some leftover—it will add some color and crunch to it—and then you can add your favorite type of hot sauce that you would like. I think you ought to try it first to you see whether it is spicy enough for you or not, which you can use any of these, and then serve with the corn bread muffin, and I cannot think of anything better for a chilly afternoon or evening. So, hope you enjoyed it and hope you make it and good cooking."
