"Today, we’re making jambalaya. So, the ingredients you are going to need, the diced tomatoes, you have this canned or fresh, depending on how much time you have, you have pureed tomato here. We have the Cajun mirepoix, which is… they call it the trinity, which is onion, bell pepper, celery and then the addition of the green onion at the end of the recipe. We have andouille sausage, tasso ham, which are both from Louisiana, we have chicken breast, we have nice gold shrimp, we have the slices, which are thyme, white ground pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, very important, black pepper and we have thyme and some bay leaves as well and then we finish this with rice, since it is a rice dish. So, let’s put these all together and make a great jambalaya."
