Dicing a Pickle for American Style Potato Salad

"Hi! This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making potato salad. Okay another equantive position to our potato salad is a pickle, a dill pickle. It has a lot of flavor to it so what we want to do is slice it length wise and we want to cut it kind of thin layers here because we are also going to cut it across and down. So going to make nice little layers to it. Just like that. Good start right there and then we want to cut it length wise and make it really easy to dice as you can see. Turn it right like that and just cut it smallest dice as you can possibly get."
