"Hi! This is Dave for Expert Village and today we are making potato salad. Okay now we have our potatoes of choice for our potato salad. These are really skin thinned red potatoes so we can make a judgment choice on how thick you like them or if you like them really small. I like mine a little chunkier size. Potato this size, you can take a look at it. I like it probably into quarters and this one is pretty big one so maybe we can go ahead and do another cut across there, across like so if you like it really chunky. We are going to put right into the water, soon to be boiling. Again, all of these potatoes are different sizes. This one I am just going to quarter it and put it right into there; another smaller one. "
