"Hi. My name is Carrie Hunt and on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make Palak Moong. All right, now I've got my onions nice golden brown and they're looking good. They're smelling good too so I'm ready for the next step. Again this is going to be a timed step. We're going to cook our coriander. We're going to cook a tablespoon of garlic and a tablespoon of minced ginger as well as our chilies for two minutes. So we got to watch it put it all in. And again these things do pop, so be careful. Here goes our ginger about one tablespoon. And our minced garlic, one tablespoon. And finally our green chilies that we cut up earlier. So everything is in the pot. You hear it? Its cooking nice, sounds good. And we're going to stir it up and keep it going for about two minutes. You've got to watch it carefully; if it starts to burn, turn down your heat a little. You don't want it to burn, you just want it to get really infused with all the flavors. All right. And while you're doing this start to get mentally prepared for the next step which is when we're going to add our tomatoes. So you can go ahead with the other free hand, get them ready and to the side. And we're still going, get those things. All right so when we come back we're going to get those tomatoes in there."
