"My name is Brandon Sarkis, on behalf of Expert Village. Today, I'm going to show you how to make Hungarian meatball stew. With regards to equipment, we're going to need, let's see, a rubber spatula -- always handy. We need that to scrape up some of the pan drippings later on. We're going to need a large, plastic or metal bowl. It doesn't really matter what it's made out of. It can be glass, even. It's what we're going to make our meatballs in, so something kind of big. You need lots of room. Let's see, a pair of tongs to remove the meatballs from your pan as you're cooking them. That way, you don't have to use your fingers and burn yourself. Got a couple of towels here. Towels are always handy to have around. You never know when you're going to need one to grab a hot handle of a pan or wipe your knife off or wipe your hands off or something like that. So towels are always a must. We've also got a large cutting board here. With the cutting board, obviously, comes a knife. Something good, something sharp. You'll be cutting up your onions, your celery, and your carrots with this, so sharp's always better especially with carrots. For the pans, you're going to need two different kinds. We're going to need something like this, like a -- somewhere between like a four and a half to a six quart saucepan. This is what you're going to use to cook your egg noodles in, so basically whatever you would normally use to cook spaghetti in or pasta in or macaroni and cheese in, that should work just fine. And also, something along the lines of this, something you can put a lid on. So like a nice high-sided saute pan. This is what we're going to cook our meatballs in, as well as our stew. So with that, let's go ahead and get started."
