"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make the old English favorite Bangers and Mash. Alright, let's plate some of this up now. I've got my little plate here. Ah, a couple of different ways to present this. The way I'm going to do it today is as such. I'm going to lay our potatoes down here, make ourselves a nice little hole in the center because that is where the gravy is going to go. I also took the time to add that tiny, tiny, tiny bit of heavy cream I had left into the gravy. So we are actually going to take our sausages now. I'm going to place one there, one there, and I'll place one here in the center. Now I'm going to take our gravy and just go right over the top just like that. And, there you have it, Bangers and Mash. It's a really quick and easy recipe. This whole thing probably takes you about twenty minutes from start to finish as long as you have your water going for your potatoes and everything.
