"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make the old English favorite Bangers and Mash. Alright, so I'm going to save you a few steps and make the mashed potatoes. I drained this out in my sink and then I'm going to take my exact same pan that I cooked them in, because it's still really, really hot and drop my half a stick of butter right into there. I'm going to take all these hot potatoes and put them right on top of that stick of butter. I intentionally, slightly under cooked them because I know that these are going to have to hold for a bit. So, what I'm going to do, they're only under cooked by probably a minute, minute and a half. So what I'm doing here is I'm melting my butter in them, I'm going to throw a lid on top of them and just let them kind of steam with the heavy cream in them as well and it will help set everything up and heat everything up and it will also buy me time to go over here and deal with my onions. So, here's half of our heavy cream, throw a lid on this and come back to it."
