"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make the old English favorite Bangers and Mash. Alright, so it's been a couple of minutes. I'm going to go ahead and pull my sausages out and just let the onions do their thing on their own. You notice that some of the sausages have actually broken opened, you know, not the end of the world. And you see there's actually some chunks of sausage just actually floating around in there. Also, not the end of the world. If you wanted you could even leave them in there. Take everything out. Give everything a nice stir again here. Okay, we'll come back to this probably in about another, say, two minutes. And also at this point I'm going to turn the heat back up to high. Alright, so you can see we're down to our last four seconds on the potatoes. So, what's going to happen, this is going to beep. I'm going to take my potatoes now and I'm going to go drain them off and we'll pick up from there."
