So now you see I've gathered up my ingredients for the cooking of the sausages as well as the gravy. Got my red wine, my flour, my actual sausages, my beef stock, my oil, and my onions. So, I've already got my pot started heating up so we're going to go right to there and start cooking. Okay, so we're going to start by just placing our oil in the bottom of our pan and our oil, like I said, we want just barely enough to cover the bottom of the pan so you can see that's just enough to cover the entire bottom of the pan. Next thing we're going to do is we're going to put in our sausages. Now, what I don't want to do is just plop them all in there at once. I want to take them one at a time and just make sure I set them in the actual oil. You want to do this fairly quickly though because when they start sizzling you're going to get a mess. So now, throw a cap on that and we'll come back to it here in a couple of minutes.
