"My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make Sweet N Sour Chicken as well as Sweet N Sour Pork. Alright, for our onion, we're just gonna take this half a onion, cut one end off and leave the other end on. All I'm gonna do, I'm gonna peel the skin back off this one leaving this end on cause this is the end holds it all together. I'm just gonna take and do a couple large vertical cuts on this one, I want this to be the same size as the bell pepper, so I'll just do some nice like, three quarter inch vertical cuts that way. Follow that up with some other cuts going cross ways, the same way and since we're doing big squares. There we go, this piece right here becomes trash. You'll see what happens is the onion falls into these nice, wonderful, little cubes that fall apart into the shape, which is exactly what we're looking for. So, easy way to dice an onion. Course you can do it as big or as small as you want."
