"My name's Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make Sweet N Sour Chicken as well as Sweet N Sour Pork. Alright, so we'll start with our green pepper. This is actually kind of small for a green pepper so what we're going to do is, start by slicing the top off. What that does is, that exposes this part so we can just reach our fingers right in, pull this right out with minimum fuss. You'll also see it made the stem just kinda fall right out, so you don't have to pull the stem out first. We're going to take this, I'm going to cut it this way, and cut straight down, pop this apart, and we've got this piece right here that, this piece right here as well. What we're going to do now, is, we're going to fillet the pepper. This stuff on the inside, really, really bitter, not very tasty. So, we're going to smash it down, flip it over, then we grab our knife, we're just going to start at one side here and oops, that one actually had a little break there, and if it falls apart, not a big deal. We're just going to cut it into little cubes anyway. This pepper's being very difficult with me. There you go, you can see that's the membrane that we don't wanna eat because it doesn't taste very good. What this does, it also provides a nice uniformity to the shape and size of the peppers. A really cool way to cut peppers like this, put the hard side down, cut into the soft side. Just like that, because that way you can tell you're cutting all the way through it, there's none of that "snap" from cutting it from the other side. So, we're just going to cut ourselves some little squares here, nice little thin squares, and since presentation isn't that important to me, for as far as these go, I'm going to mix them up with the other ones. Also, you can just drag the tip of your knife through them to cut them. And then as far as this piece right here goes, there we have it, green onion."
