"My name is Brandon Sarkis and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to make Sweet & Sour Chicken as well as Sweet & Sour Pork. Alright I would like to go over my list of ingredients for today. I have 2/3 cup of rice wine and vinegar. I have 8 tablespoons of sugar. I have 2 tablespoons of regular plain ketchup. I also have 4 tablespoons of corn starch. This is all for the sauce. Now for the actual dish, I've got 1 small green pepper. I have 1/2 of an onion. Got about 12 ounces of pork here, actually about 10 to 12 ounces of pork and I've got about 10 to 12 ounces of chicken breast here. You can use any kind of chicken. Chicken breast is easiest to find at the store and it is also white meat. More people like it. And I've also got potato starch which we are going to use this to actual coat the chicken breast and the pork. Alright, I'll show you the equipment we will be using today. "
