"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you quick and easy everyday Chinese dishes. Then we would put the ginger strips on the top of the fish fillet. The main purpose is to get rid of the fishy taste of the fish and add some aroma. Again big pot of water, boiling hot with a steam rack and put the fish on the top of the rack. If you mess up some of the ginger slice it does not matter just put it back on the top. Then we would cover the lid and let it steam for around 7-8 minutes. The way to taste whether the fish is done you can put your chopsticks into the fillet. There should be no resistant when you pick the fish with your chopsticks. Then we would take the fish fillet off the wok. "
