"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. The second recipe I'm going to make is going to be orange chicken. First we would put the aromatic vegetables like onions, garlic, and ginger into the hot oil. Stir fry them until the onions are soft, then we would add the sauce into the wok and let it thicken. They would combine with the aromatic vegetables. Again if you want to thicken it up even more you can add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Then you add the chicken into the wok. Again we want the chicken slices lightly coated with the sauce and we don't want any left over sauce left on the plate. So you see the chicken is almost done. Then we can lay the chicken pieces on a plate and I did not use the fry rice noodles at this point. If you want to get it pretty you can clean your plate. Then we can also put the orange zest at the end and then we would put the green onions and the white sesame seeds. This dish should taste just as good as the orange beef."
