"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. The second recipe I'm going to make is going to be orange chicken. Just like the beef slice we would coat the chicken slices into cornstarch or flour first. Then we drop it into the oil. Make sure the oil is at medium high heat around 350 degrees. Then we would just drop it slice by slice into the oil. Just like our fine beef slices we don't want to over crowd the wok. So I do everything in batches. After 2 minutes the chicken should be golden in color and you can see they also crisp up just like regular fried chicken. We can put the finish chicken slice into a plate. "
