Seasoning Chicken For Chinese Orange Chicken

"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. The second recipe I'm going to make is going to be orange chicken. So once we have the chicken in slices we would add 1 teaspoon of black or white ground pepper and 1 tablespoon of regular salt. Then we would mix it with our hands as you see in this scenario I'm using just one of my hands. So that the other hand will still free of the salmonella that you may get from the chicken pieces. So I can touch other things in the kitchen. I don't use soy sauce because chicken they are very sticky enough so that we don't really need to add more liquid to the stickiness."
