"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. The second recipe I'm going to make will be orange chicken. Most of the procedures of orange chicken recipe is the same of that of the orange beef. In the demonstration I use 8 ounces of chicken. But if you want to follow the recipe you should use 12. I use dark meat either drum stick or chicken thigh for this dish because they are tasty while they are still cheaper then chicken breast. Once you have trimmed the meat off the bone we can start slicing them into the size of layers. Around a 1/4 inch thick and 1x1 in size. If you are not really health conscious for this dish you can always use the skin part as part of the meat. It will be really juicy or tasty but it will have a lot of cholesterol."
