"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. When the sauce is ready we can add our fried beef slices into the sauce. Make sure you keep the wok on high heat and we keep stirring the beef into the sauce so that all the sauce would be absorb by the beef slice. We don't want any juice in this dish. You just want the beef slice and a finely covered by the sauce and there should be nothing left on the dish afterwards. Then we add the orange zest to give it extra kick of aroma. Give it a final stir as you can see the dish at this point is ready. I have already laid my fry noodles on a dish so that you see the beef slice that are surround by fried rice noodles. Which is excellent garnishing as you can see. The last touch for the dish would be some green onions and white sesame seeds."
