"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. To get the sauce done first of all we have 2 tablespoons of oil in a smoky wok pan. Then we add all of the aromatic vegetables into the wok and keep stir frying them until the onions are soft. Try not to add the garlic in first it can burn very easy. So you see where everything is soft, we add the sauce into the wok and let it boil down a little bit. Remember to stir your sauce with the vegetables so that everything is submerge together. If you think your sauce is still to thin you can add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixture with water. The sauce should be thickening in this point as you can see it is bubbling and thicken right here."
