"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. Start with 2 cups of oil. Let that reach 350 degrees. Make sure it is at the temperature as high otherwise the rice will not puff up in size. A small pinch of rice noodles will really become baked and form a very great garnishing later. Then we can start frying the beef and make sure you drop it one by one. Again at the same temperature of the oil and don't over crowd the oil. You see I'm doing it in batches I didn't drop all the beef that I have into the wok at the same time. After 2 minutes on each side you can pick up the beef. As you see right now the cornstarch or the flour form a light ground crusty surface on the beef. That is what we get."
