"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. After we peel the zest off of the orange skin we can cut the orange to 4 slices. If you don't have like an electronic or a regular glass juicer, you can just use your hands. You is relatively easy to just squeeze the juice out compared to a of half orange or a whole orange. There is no way to do that if we don't have a machine to help. For the citrus one, orange the medium size ones should give you around 1/3 cup of orange juice to 1/2 cup of orange juice. That is what we would need as a main component for the orange sauce."
