"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you quick and easy everyday Chinese dishes. Then we are going to put the egg custard into a ceramic dish. Don't use steel or aluminum dish otherwise the egg custard would over cook. Optional you can use a torch to get rid of the bubbles on the surface of the custard. Then would put a big wok of water on a stove top and be sure to cover it with a lid. Turn the stove to high heat and then we would put a steaming rack in the middle of the water. Then put the egg custard on the rack and put a shallow dish on the top and close the wok."
