"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. Before we cut the orange open we should use our lemon zest peeler to get the orange peel of the skin first. As you can see I use the larger holes on the zest peeler because orange skins are softer than the lemon ones. If you use the smaller ones on the zest peeler, nothing really comes of because is just too soft for that. Another thing is I don't get the white membrane part on the orange stem. Just get the orange zesty part that is where the aroma is located. "
