"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. The seasonings for the beef slice includes: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 pinch of black or white ground pepper. For coating we would need about 1/2 cup of cornstarch or flour if you don't have cornstarch. So first we would add the light soy sauce and then the black pepper. Then we can just mix it with our hands. The main purpose of the soy sauce is not only to give some seasonings to the meat, it also moistens the meat so that later it will stick the cornstarch to surface."
