"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to cook orange chicken and orange beef. Now we would introduce the ingredients for the sauce for orange beef. First of all we need 1/2 cup of water and then we need 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and then we would need 3-4 tablespoons of regular white sugar it depends on how sweet you want your dish to be. If you want it to be sweeter you can add 4 tablespoons, if you don't want it you can stick with 3 tablespoon. Then we need 3-4 tablespoons of regular soy sauce. A optional ingredient will be 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. The last ingredients that we need will be 1 pinch of black or white ground pepper."
