Video Transcript

"Hello my name is Hui on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you quick and easy everyday Chinese dishes. First, we would put 2 cups of broth into a pot and bring it to boil over medium heat. Then we would open the can of cream style corn, as I said before don't use the whole kernel can they are little bit harder and they not suitable for this recipe. Then we would add the can of corn into the broth. Then we would stir it while we are bringing it to a boil over medium heat. As I said before don't leave it on hot otherwise it would boil over. In the mean time we can even beat a egg into the can of corn left from the can and beat it. So we don't have to use one more bowl for the purpose of beating the egg."
