"Hi! I'm Anne with Expert Village and I am ready to move on to next step of creating our delicious main course dish beautiful marinated grilled shrimp. I chose tiger prawns here. They are a beautiful large variety of shrimp. You don't have to use prawns. You can use fresh, you can use frozen and you can even do a time saver and have them already cooked and de-skinned. You can do whatever you want depending on your time. But me being a caterer, I'm a little bit old fashioned with the rustic Italian cuisine. I chose mine with the shell on and one of the reasons I do that is after I've marinated these for about 20 minutes in that delicious marinade that we made, it is going to cling to the insides, all the nooks and little crannies and while it is grilling on the grill, it is actually going to steam itself inside of the shell and add that little extra moisture and flavor. It is going to be fantastic. I am going to take my shrimp and I am going to add them to my marinade with the shells on. After they cook, the shells will pop right off and I promise to show how easy it is. Okay we are just going to incorporate them and make sure these shrimp are all coated evenly. We made plenty of marinade. Look at that! Isn't that gorgeous? That is going to taste great. 20 minutes marinade, 20 minute skewers soaking in water. We are going to be eating soon."
