"I have a time saving tip when it comes to catering or planning a party at your own home. When you are planning your menu and are making a list of your ingredients to go shopping and you know you are going to have to pick up bread as one of the items, and you are going to cook it. For example, making bread crumbs, crostini toast or grilling something like this baguettes is destined to be and I will purchase it a day or two in advance. The nice time saving way to keep your bread fresh is wrapping it in plastic wrap. I choose a nice crusty French loaf like this and I just wrap it with ordinary plastic wrap. Nice and tight seal and back in the bag it goes because the paper is going to absorb and extra layer of moisture so just another layer of protection keeping your bread fresh longer. "
