I don't want the filling to liquidly don't forget you are going to put in the pastry and if it is to soggy it is going to eat through the pastry and when you fry it is going to make a it is going to make the empanda explode. Okay so there you have it the filling is totally ready you saw how easily it was to saute it very simple ingredients and now we are going to start assembling the empandas. "
